  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies depending on the program and commercial agreement.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded are generally non-refundable.
  • Completed training sessions are not eligible for refunds.
  • Corporate training engagements are governed by individual contracts.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.

7. Certification

Participants who successfully complete the applicable program requirements may receive an official Ritors Certification.

Certification requirements may include:

Certification represents successful completion of a Ritors learning program and should not be interpreted as a professional license, academic qualification, or guarantee of employment.

Ritors reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of academic dishonesty, misconduct, or failure to meet program requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available through Ritors is protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • PDFs
  • Videos
  • Presentations
  • Frameworks
  • Templates
  • Assessments
  • Software
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Website content

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, record, share, or commercially exploit any Ritors content without prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others.
  • Copy or redistribute learning materials.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Disrupt training sessions or community discussions.
